Support Group For The Spouses of Hypothyroid Patients

Today, I set up a group for the spouses/partners/husbands/wives/boyfriends/girlfriends etc.of those living with hypothyroidism.

Often the other half of those battling thyroid disease is forgotten about, even though they’re trying their best to help their hypothyroid partner and are often the backbone to the support. They tend to see the true extent that thyroid disease has on the patient, when no one else does, and so often need somewhere to talk and seek advice and support, too.

For this reason, I have set up a relaxed group for the other halves/spouses/partners of those with an underactive thyroid, to ask questions, share experiences, ask for advice and come to for support.

Please ask your partners, husbands, wives, boyfriends, girlfriends etc. to join.

I run a Facebook group, called Thyroid Family: Hypothyroidism Advice & Support Group. This group is for underactive thyroid/hypothyroidism patients only, and not medical professionals or anyone else.
