It’s now been six full months since I decided to go gluten free again and my skin/acne has recovered so well.
It’s now been four and a half months since I decided to go gluten free again and my skin is only improving.
I’m now two and a half months in to being gluten free (again!) and after a few requests, thought I’d do an update on how I’m doing.
So I went gluten free on 12th September, meaning its been a month now, and I’m already seeing some positive changes.
